Understand this:

California now has a bill that, if passed, will let over 140+ death row inmate murderers free using overcrowding as the excuse.

So, if you commit murder, you get to now go free.

Why would they do this to the people you ask?

I'll tell you: they want chaos and crimes to increase exponentially (remember, they themselves have their own security and protection details).

Once that chaos and crimes increase, normal people will be afraid and that gives government more control over people and to restrict them.
