The fact that the US has so widely exported this covert weapons system needs to be brought to international attention (US Water Systems May Be Used for a WMD Attack – Activist Post). Pursuant to my trip to The Hague, where I intend to file charges with the International Criminal Court (ICC) over the weaponization of water systems (documented in my 2021 book), I have been working with a Mexican national to obtain water blueprints for Mexico City.
