"It’s beginninng, the hit pieces on Pierre Poilievre are now being pushed out by our state media. Tom Mulcair led the way earlier by criticizing him while praising Trudeau and Freeland for their mini budget. CTV and CBC are actively trying to trip up Pierre Poilievre over the senate stalling bill 236 and the Rainbow Bridge incident yesterday. The bridge thing seems to be the biggest thing in the world going by how hard they are pushing the story right now.
There is no doubt in my mind that they are trying hard to divert attention away from the economic crisis we are about to face in order to bat down the heat the Trudeau administration is now facing. When we have concerted efforts by opposing political parties and pundits, along with what is expected to be our unbiased state funded media trying to paint a picture or steer a narrative, it’s time to march in protest and dismantle dysfunctional parts of our democracy.
Our national media (MSM) deserves to be made to swim unaided by our tax dollars, simply because they’ve lost their impartiality and public trust. The same goes for our Senate which has drifted away from being a backstop for common sense to protect the public from bad government policies and has become a political tool to serve whomever has “stacked the deck” with past Party faithfuls. It’s just another star chamber for political grifters to be rewarded for their party allegiance in past.
Pierre doesn’t seem to get baited by the media and Liberal agenda. All they have to work with is to somehow make him look “bad”, and they are adept at dirty politics and slander." He should just hand these journalists apples .
