Please, if you haven’t already, donate here: https://theccf.ca/emergencies-act/ The Canadian Constitution Foundation will be fighting against the government’s attempt to appeal the Federal Court decision that declared the Trudeau government’s unprecedented use of the Emergencies Act unlawful and unconstitutional. We've had a big response to our last email and we will be able to cover the expenses of our case at the Federal Court of Appeal. Thank you so much to everyone that has supported this case so far. That said, we expect the government to do everything in their power to stop us, and that may include tactics to increase costs and to delay the case. We still want to maximize the generous offer that has been made by another CCF supporter. By raising this money now we can make sure we will be able to pay for this case no matter what sneaky tactics the Trudeau government tries down the road. We’ve raised $39,000 so far and a generous CCF donor has offered to match up to $40,000 from what we raise until the end of tomorrow.
