TSA To Allow Mobile Driver’s Licenses After REAL ID Goes Into Effect
Technocracy's core demand to identify and track all citizens is unchangeable, so any news from TSA is noteworthy. Basically, TSA is temporarily backing off of REAL ID requirements set out in the Real ID Act in 2005, which are due on May 7, 2025, by allowing states to apply for a waiver to substitute mobile driver's licenses (mDLs). The TSA “has a goal of accepting mDLs in all airports, by expanding the technology nationwide.”
