This Christian contemporary rock band album got me through some HARD times. In 2004 to 2006 (ages 18 - 20) when my mom & I tried immigrating to the USA, separated from Canada & the familiar surroundings we had grown up in. Eventually, we moved back & cancelling immigration at the border, 'cause the living situation didn't work out. My intuition could see the signs of moving back MONTHS in advance (I would have dreams about it daily). So when we did come back to 🇨🇦 it felt like deja vu. During that time, because of the living situation and the isolation from the familiars, I suffered from severe depression. But in the course of 21 months I OVERCAME what tried to overtake me. I made the conscious decision to NOT let depression control me. From that moment, I chose to always do my best to look for the positives, even in the midst of the storms that life throws at us. Now my prayer is that this album will help you too, throughout whatever personal storm each of yous are individually sailing through.
