it is completely legal to revamp your old tax bills and move personal tax debt into a corporation. because it is okay to remember that you forgot to do it before! you can move earnings from one company to another you can earn your personal earnings to any company that you want. just because the tax return was done once doesn't mean that you can't redo it again and again and again and again and again and again. you can alter your taxes as many times as you like and if they see CRA decides not to let you do it, we simply take them to court. you do not have to do anything the CRA says you don't have to worry about them putting you in jail they don't do it because that doesn't make the money. let's go on the attack people. stop being afraid.

normally I would refrain from making any commentary on an american professional sports League when it has nothing to do with the Canadian taxation system, however since many of you are asking me my opinion on this, I'm going to give you the only opinion that I can and that is that the WNBA is not a good business model. it does not make money. it will never make money. it cannot make money. if something does not make money you don't invest in it unless it's a vanity project or you're trying to figure something out and you can afford to lose money on it. I for one will never be involved in any business venture without a guaranteed return on investment. I'm not interested in being a venture capitalist. I repeat myself, it is the CRA who simply issues a request and does not take your money, they are counting on the fact that your boss does not know anything about the law and will capitulate and simply give them money.
