The Department of Homeland Security this week announced a new rule making it easier and more reliable for certain noncitizen workers to keep their jobs while waiting for their work permit renewals to be processed. Starting Jan. 13, eligible applicants who file for their employment authorization documents (EADs) on time will automatically have their work authorization extended for up to 540 days, nearly three times longer than the previous 180-day maximum.

Republican Senator Josh Hawley has submitted a letter to the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) with shocking details that the Secret Service – responsible for ensuring the safety of the former president’s life – “repeatedly” turned down offers by local police to carry out drone surveillance of the area.

“The night before the rally, US Secret Service repeatedly denied offers from a local law enforcement partner to utilize drone technology to secure the rally,” the senator wrote to Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, citing information from a whistleblower.

Senator Josh Hawley says whistleblowers have come forward, alleges the Biden DHS assigned “unprepared and inexperienced personnel” to Trump who weren’t even Secret Service.

“Whistleblowers who have direct knowledge of the event have approached my office. According to the allegations, the July 13 rally was considered to be a loose' security event,” Hawley said in a letter to Mayorkas.

“For example, detection canines were not used to monitor entry and detect threats in the usual manner. Individuals without proper designations were able to gain access to backstage areas.”

“Department personnel did not appropriately police the security buffer around the podium and were also not stationed at regular intervals around the event's security perimeter.”

“In addition, whistleblower allegations suggest the majority of DHS officials were not in fact USSS agents but instead drawn from the department's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).”

“This is especially concerning given that HSI agents were unfamiliar with standard protocols typically used at these types of events, according to the allegations.”

• Whistleblowers discovered that anywhere between 200-500 unaccompanied children coming across the US Border are Going to the SAME US ADDRESSES -- when checked upon, there are barely any children there. Where are they?

• Whistleblowers revealed the “sponsors” who take in these children are on watchlists for organized crime, some of the most vile and hardened criminals are being handed thousands of children every week.

• In simpler terms, this new rule removes law enforcement from the equation entirely.

* Children who are visibly hurt or distressed, like one little boy who was sexually abused so many times he had to wear diapers; it now only goes through the DHS bureaucracy, with no oversight.

* This new rule would also PUNISH whistleblowers on what they’re seeing being done to these children.

• There are only 7 US senators (both sides) working with Whistleblowers to overturn this rule change, under the Congressional Review Act (CRA).
