Californiastan's new law, AB-2223, allows for the murdering of new born babies up to 28 days after birth. Now, so called 'fact checkers' will claim this is not true -- that it is just a conspiracy theory by right wing conservatives. However, here is the FACT: The legislation itself reads: "(a) Notwithstanding any other law, a person shall not be subject to civil or criminal liability or penalty… based on their actions or omissions with respect to their pregnancy or actual, potential, or alleged pregnancy outcome, including miscarriage, stillbirth, or abortion, or perinatal death."
