  • Those of you against this, understand, the only reason it's being floated and will possibly be used is because our justice system is so badly broken that even criminal illegals here will sometimes get years and years of trials and hearings before we can deport them. If our court systems were speedy as they originally were, this would not be an issue . . .

The Alien Enemies Act could allow Trump to rapidly deport migrants deemed part of an "invasion or predatory incursion" – a novel use of a law previously only invoked in wartime. Republicans frequently refer to illegal immigration as an invasion and portray migrants as dangerous criminals and "military-aged."

  • To fully understand just how remarkable today’s exchange with Colombia was, you need to understand how Washington DC has traditionally worked through these sorts of issues, and the different way it works now under Trump.

    I will illustrate.

    The Traditional Approach:

    1. Colombia announces it will not take our repatriation flights.
    2. On Monday, the State Department convenes an interagency task force with DoD, NSC, DEA, INS, ICE, Commerce, Treasury and Homeland Security.
    3. The task force meets for four days and develops a position paper.
    4. The position paper is rejected by the Secretary of State, who is unhappy that insufficient equity considerations are built into the process.
    5. The task force reconvenes a week later to redevelop three new, equity-centric courses of action and create a new position paper.
    6. The process is delayed a week because Washington DC gets three inches of snow.
    7. SecState approves the new position paper for interagency circulation, and considerable input is received from the heads of other departments so the task force must reconvene.
    8. The original three proposed responsive courses of action are scrapped in favor of a new, fourth course of action that achieves the worst aspects of the three prior courses of action but satisfies the interagency.
    9. Someone in State who disagrees leaks to the Washington Post, who writes a story about how ineffective the Presidential administration is.
    10. The White House Chief of Staff sets up a session three days later to brief the President, who approves the new fourth course of action.
    11. Over a month after the issue is first raised, the State Department Public Affairs Officer holds a press conference announcing that Colombia has agreed to try to send fewer criminals into the US and everyone declares victory.

    The Trump Approach:

    1. Colombia announces it will not take our repatriation flights.
    2. After a par-5 third hole where he goes one under par, Trump uses his iPhone to post on social media as to how the USA will destroy Colombia’s economy if they do not do what the USA demands.
    3. By the time Trump gets to the par-4 sixth hole, Colombia’s President has agreed to repatriate all the illegal Colombians in his own plane, which he will pay for.
    4. Trump finishes three under par and goes to the clubhouse for a Diet Coke where he posts a gangsta AI image of himself and the new FAFO Doctrine.
    5. Winning.

See the difference? It’s called LEADERSHIP.

  • Hizb ut Tahrir, a group banned as a terrorist entity in the U.K., and Germany were set to host “The Khiliafah” conference to discuss “obstacles” in the way of establishing a despotic theocratic caliphate globally. The video promoting the event glorified historical Islamic rule and domination. Other terrorist and extremist groups, such as ISIS, have similarly declared the establishment of a worldwide caliphate as their ultimate goal. Some of the speakers at the event have called on Muslims around the world to overthrow their governments and establish a caliphate. The event was originally set to be hosted in Mississauga but changed its undisclosed location to Hamilton after Mississauga’s mayor responded to community concerns about the conference.

  • Curly Dock Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yes, I made chocolate chip cookies using curly dock seed flour! Of course there was more to it than that, when you learn to cook with wild provisions, there's always more to it.

This is a great recipe to have if don't or can't have eggs in the house, don't or can't have milk in the house, and you still want a cookie! If you can't have gluten either due to glyphosate sensitivities (such as chron's or colitis), you can try the alternative flour the original author recommends in addition to the curly dock. The author also suggests that if you want to reduce the fat (something no longer recommended due to the body's use of dietary fat to create the various hormones your body uses, nerve health, etc) you can replace a quarter cup of fat with apple sauce and reduce some of the water as well. I have made applesauce cake and cake muffins in the past, so I know this can work with regular flour, I haven't tried it with wild flour yet.

Click through for the recipe and the experiment that successfully led to it:

  • The impact of Artificial Intelligence on the economy is heating up as AI begins to seep from its original killer app of cheating on college essays and porn. According to layoff firm Challenger, Gray & Christmas, in the last year, AI has accounted for one in ten layoffs in the tech sector and one in 50 layoffs overall. On the other hand, if it’s hard to create new jobs, think Detroit in the 1970’s. A hellscape. The old jobs are gone, nothing to replace them. Minimum wage at best, riots over universal basic income at worst.

  • From the national debt to negative jobs reports, data has been piling up that suggests America’s economic bubble is ready to burst. Now, with the Fed’s most recent round of rate cuts moving through the economy, fault lines are appearing in the commercial real estate sector. The following article was originally published by the Mises Institute. The opinions expressed do not necessarily reflect those of Peter Schiff or SchiffGold. The pain is especially apparent in the so-called “CRE-CLO” bond market. CRE-CLO bonds are packaged commercial real estate mortgages comprising short-term floating rate loans. These bridge loans were recently, and most notably, used to facilitate the biggest apartment investment bubble in history, but were also used in financing other commercial real estate sectors including office, retail, hotel, industrial, and self-storage.

  • This is EXACTLY what we need:

Trump will pursue a twenty-first-century version of what was originally known as the American System.

The American System was invented in 1790 by Alexander Hamilton and supported by a succession of U.S. presidents and leading political figures including George Washington, Henry Clay, John Quincy Adams, Abraham Lincoln, William McKinley, Calvin Coolidge, and Dwight Eisenhower.

The American System relied on the following policies:

    * High tariffs to support manufacturing and high-paying jobs
    * Infrastructure investment (public and private) to support productivity
    * A strong army and navy to protect the U.S. but not to fight foreign wars
    * A central bank with limited powers to provide liquidity to commerce

  • The U.S., Canada and Mexico last week launched a joint pandemic preparedness initiative that one critic warned could empower the WHO to impose global control measures like vaccine passports and policies targeting the “infodemic.” The U.S., Canada and Mexico launched a joint pandemic preparedness initiative they said will unite the countries’ public health agencies around a “One Health” approach to addressing future pandemics. A critic of the new initiative warned the plan may empower the World Health Organization (WHO) — the architect of the original One Health Initiative — to impose global control measures like vaccine passports and new policies targeting the “infodemic.”

Beware: Vaccine Passports And Cult Worship Are Around The Corner
When the US, Canada and Mexico team up on Technocratic initiatives like this, it brings up memories of the failed North American Union in 2005 that was pushed by members of the Trilateral Commission. Now it is being wrapped up in the insidious cult of "One Health," based On Gaia Worship, Wicca and Neo-Paganism and that seeks control of plants, animals and humans. This is "regionalism" at its worst.
