Nextgov/FCW has seen a draft of the executive order, and notes expectations that it will be signed by President Biden this week. Deputy National Security Director for Cybersecurity and Emerging Technology Anne Neuberger said publicly that an executive action on cybersecurity has been in the works for months. The draft order instructs the Social Security Administration to consider offering attribute validation services, providing a yes or no response to queries for identity verification to government systems and benefits programs. The CEO of a professional body of therapists in the UK has been forced to issue a grovelling apology after it was discovered that he was following Tommy Robinson on X. Britain’s Labour party's ambitious plan to put 13,000 extra police officers on the streets is "unobtainable" - as officers are quitting in record numbers, The Telegraph reports.
