• It is absolutely amazing, AND HEARTBREAKING, that we have to even do this but:

We are trying to get bills passed or amended in each state that states all patients can have a family member or advocate with them at all times. We are making traction in 13 states and have gotten some bills passed but we need to get it out to the public to drive public support. Steve Reiter, the founder of the project, has a tragic story of his young wife dying alone in the hospital. We have thousands of victims that this happened to and want to get iron clad legislation so this doesn't happen again.

It would really help us get the word out with a goal of building state committees to lobby our representatives by doing lots of media. Most likely it would be Steve, the founder, a victim, a doctor or nurse and possible an attorney on the interview if possible.

Please read the bills attached in the link provided, you will clearly see the problems with these bills. Any input would be appreciated as well.

  • (Bloomberg) -- Canada is deploying what it calls an “aerial intelligence task force” as part of a new C$1.3 billion ($908 million) plan to address US President-elect Donald Trump’s concerns about migrants and fentanyl flowing across the northern border. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police will operate the task force, made up of helicopters, drones and mobile surveillance towers. It’s one of multiple measures unveiled by the Canadian government on Tuesday in an effort to avert Trump’s threat of 25% tariffs on all goods from the country unless it boosts border security. The announcement comes a day after the country’s finance minister, Chrystia Freeland, abruptly resigned, accusing Prime Minister Justin Trudeau of failing to seriously prepare for a Trump presidency. She was replaced by Dominic LeBlanc, the public safety minister who released the border plan on Tuesday.

  • Trudeau’s former public safety minister, Marco Mendicino, finds himself at the center of controversy as the Canadian Parliament debates whether to formally censure him for “deliberately lying” about the justification for invoking the Emergencies Act and freezing the bank accounts of civil liberties supporters during the 2022 Freedom Convoy protests. Conservative MP Glen Motz, a vocal critic, emphasized the importance of accountability, stating, “Parliament deserves to receive clear and definitive answers to questions. We must be entitled to the truth.”

  • The term “False Flag” gets thrown around rather haphazardly these days and it’s important to recognize that a real false flag requires a particular end result – The public blaming the wrong culprit for an event that someone else (usually our own government) perpetrated. When it comes to the increasing fervor over major drone activity across the US, I have very little doubt that what we are witnessing is a false flag scenario. In either case – A trigger for WWIII or a test case for banning the civilian drone market, the establishment gains an advantage.

... there is no way civilian operators or small terror groups are behind the majority of these events. The level of sophistication involved here requires military or government agency oversight.

  • Andrew N. Ferguson is President-elect Donald Trump’s choice to head the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). If approved by the Republican-controlled Senate, his selection could indicate an inclination by the incoming Trump administration to deprioritize FTC rulemaking and enforcement activities related to data privacy and AI. This also could indicate a broader regulatory philosophy that emphasizes legislative action over administrative rulemaking. Ferguson’s stated regulatory philosophy and strategic priorities, if implemented as FTC chair, would have profound implications for industry and consumers. Critics argue that this shift would mean that critical privacy issues will be given short shrift as technologies like AI and data analytics rapidly evolve and outpace regulatory schema.

  • It is not every day that you achieve the status of “he-who-must-not-be-named.” But that curious distinction has been bestowed upon me by OpenAI’s ChatGPT, according to the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and other publications. For more than a year, people who tried to research my name online using ChatGPT were met with an immediate error warning.
It turns out that I am among a small group of individuals who have been effectively disappeared by the AI system. How we came to this Voldemortian status is a chilling tale about not just the rapidly expanding role of artificial intelligence, but the power of companies like OpenAI. Joining me in this dubious distinction are Harvard Professor Jonathan Zittrain, CNBC anchor David Faber, Australian mayor Brian Hood, English professor David Mayer, and a few others.
