For the past 30 years, I have practiced meditation and stone healing. I have also practiced herbal remedies for 25 years and aromatherapy for 20 years. During that time, I had developed a deeper understanding of who I was on various levels of consciousness. As a result, I strengthened the balance in my entire being.
I have been a supportive being for others as well as my clients for many years. Guiding them on how to incorporate herbal remedies, meditation, and aromatherapy in their daily lives. I provide my clients detailed materials, recipes, and two to three check-ins a week, where they can talk about their mental health, energy, and spiritual well-being. By instilling in them the values of balance and well-being, and introducing a natural, holistic way of living, they have acquired countless health, mental, and spiritual benefits. It is in every fiber of my being to provide my clients with the same benefits that I enjoy and experience every day. There is so much more to add to your health and longevity.
