EVERYONE PLEASE SHARE $ REWARD $ AT-RISK MISSING JUSTIN ERIC JOSEPH RUTTER (AGE 14) OCTOBER 8, 2009 OTTAWA, ONTARIO Ottawa Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing teenager. Justin Eric Joseph Rutter, 14 years-of-age, was last seen near the intersection of Coté St. and St. Laurent Blvd in Ottawa, Ontario on on October 8, 2009. He is known to frequent Lower Town in Ottawa, Ontario however, has not been seen in that area since that day. Justin may have met with foul play. When Justin disappeared he was described as a caucasian male, 5'4" tall, 110 lbs a slim build, with short light brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a light brownish white hoodie, and blue jean pants. He has three moles/freckles on his right cheek in the shape of a triangle. He may be going by the name of Justin MacLaren or Justin McLaren. At the time of Justin's disappearance he had ADHD and required medical care. A reward is being offered leading to his whereabouts.
