Kenney's premiership began on April 30, 2019, as Kenney was sworn in as the 18th Premier of Alberta by the Lieutenant Governor, Lois Mitchell, forming the 30th Alberta Legislature. Since then the Alberta Health Care industry has been hit hard during a so called pandemic. Here is where Kenney went wrong.
