Day 20. May 7. #FastingForFreedom 21 Day Extended Fast.
Break Fast is going to be a blast. Sprouts. Fruits. Veggies and Ferments.

15 Incredible Ferments You Can Make/ Foods and Drinks:

Kombucha/ Jun/ Rejuvelac/ Water Kefir combo; Milk kefir; sourdough bread; flat bread; sauerkraut; veggie ferments including Kvass/beets, pickles, carrots!; black bean natto; condiments including Kimchi, Sriracha, mustard.

Making a new sourdough starter. Fed family member the first time flat bread. Loved it. Me? Not yet. Only after the fast.

No eggs? No dairy? because Castro locked the doors? No problem.

Soaked, sprouted, dehydrated, pulverized, fermented 50:50 buckwheat groats and millet. A complete amino acids/ protein combo.

Ghee/clarified butter and olive oil or MCT oil in a pan. Medium low. Add scallions and/or onions and small Himilayan or Sacred salt to the ferment.

4" rounds. Lots of ghee on top while frying. Turn early. Add more ghee on top. Turn frequently so very little browning. Continue until firm/ crispy.

Serve with tea or fresh roasted, home ground coffee with added full spectrum chaga. Optional SMALL coconut or cane sugar, milk kefir. And Bob's your Uncle. MUCH MUCH MUCH better than typical toast or commercial. By a country mile.

Most of this you can grow. Whatever you can't you'll need as close to a 2 year supply as possible. Including seeds.
