"The best laid plans of mice and men. . . " (don't remember who that author is now) or maybe I should quote this verse instead: A man's heart deviseth his way: but the LORD directeth his steps. Proverbs 16:9
My topical monthly todo list had May as the month to discuss the Integumentary System (your skin). Each week across my spreadsheet planner, is a different general sub theme to help guide what I share and when I share it to keep myself organized. But I leave room for dealing with natural health as it relates to current events, urgent matters, or questions/comments/observations by others in the group, such as the baby formula issue that blew up this month in the US. Feeding your infant naturally is just as important as feeding your 10yr old or even yourself naturally as opposed to all those chemicals that are hard to pronounce in many product ingredient lists.
Then I found myself writing two articles on herbal ways to deal with smallpox/monkeypox, with the possibility of a 3rd one in the works now. To my surprise, those first two articles blew up my visitor stats on my blog over the past weekend and views of those articles are down to a trickle now. Hopefully that trickle is because people realized there really wasn't a need to freak out, governments are acting suspicious, so it's ok not to grasp at every bit of info available.
The last week of each month in my planner says "things that repair"! Because smallpox/monkeypox is a skin disease, guess what all those herbal remedies do?! They repair, they cleanse, they disinfect, they feed, they speed up healing and recovery, they assist in preventing scarring, etc.
Outside of attempts at issuing dire threats from governments and mainstream media, how have you used natural means to heal your skin in the past? What condition were you healing from?
(Remember that this info shows up in my group too, but inside the group, your comments and discussions are private. Here on the public page, your comments and discussions are public.)
