  • Sometimes when I introduce myself online or in person as your Biblical Natural Health Coach, I'll tag onto the end of my short speel, "Don't worry! I won't make you go vegan!" This is because of a discussion I rarely ever see coming out of the vegan space, and I read magazines that sometimes push the vegan diet, with articles written by trainers, dieticians, nutritionists, sports coaches, and others. That discussion is the issue of bioavailability. I discuss this issue, along with sharing research papers around why certain nutrients are best obtained from meat and dairy, often red meat more than pink or white, and fish. Though this article focuses more on red meat.

I just updated this article again! It's been updated a few times now since it was first written in 2022, and additional links for further reading are given at the end of the article. Today's update was a second voice speaking up around the issue of PUFA's in the modern processed diet, but sharing how damage done can be reversed.

If you've recently read this article, scan to the end for the latest update:

  • As early as 2004, scientists found levels of polychlorinated biphenyls, a probable carcinogen known as PCBs, seven times higher in farmed Atlantic salmon than in wild salmon. In addition: Untreated waste from excess feed, decomposing fish, excrement, and chemical residue forms a toxic stew that kills or drives away marine life for hundreds of yards. The management of farmed fish includes antibiotics, probiotics, injectable vaccines, breeding maintenance, nano-based drugs, and edible vaccines, all with monitoring requirements. Of course, disease resistant mutant strains result from antibiotic treatments. Hence, the vaccine program. When it comes to drug use in global aquatic products: Long-term use of chemical inputs not only increases pathogenic bacteria resistance but also damages the fish and aquaculture environments, resulting in drug residues in aquatic products.

  • Following Hurricane Helene, many private helicopter pilots launched their own search and rescue missions. One would think government officials would welcome the help of these volunteers, but instead they harassed them and even threatened to arrest them! Contrary to the lies spread by authoritarians, libertarianism does not require selfishness. Libertarians welcome voluntary action to help those in need. Libertarians object to government assistance because it is based on force. Authoritarianism leads to poverty, war, chaos in the streets, and a lack of compassion for the less fortunate. Liberty leads to prosperity, peace, and a flourishing of private charities.

  • I have now heard this multiple times direct from medical personnel: if only the giant corporate-controlled medical industry would investigate no matter how hard pharma pushes them not to . . .

Cancer Patients See Miraculous Recoveries After Taking Ivermectin

A patient with stage 4 prostate cancer told Dr. William Makis that he got his PSA scores down to remission levels “quite quickly” after taking ivermectin. Doctors were shocked to see “how quickly” he got better with “no problem/side effects at all.” However, the patient did not disclose to his doctors that he was regularly taking ivermectin, assuming that it would be “better that way.”

In a similarly stunning fashion, cancer surgeon Dr. Kathleen Ruddy has seen several late-stage cancer patients make dramatic recoveries after taking ivermectin. One patient had a grim future, and then something remarkable happened. This man had stage four prostate cancer and tried all the conventional protocols before doctors told him that there was nothing they could do. Then, he started taking ivermectin…

Within six months, the metastatic lesions began to disappear, and in less than a year, “he was out dancing for four hours” three nights per week, according to Dr. Ruddy.

A similar scenario unfolded for another man named Eddie. He was also in bad shape. Eddie was diagnosed with two unresectable esophageal tumors that surgeons wouldn’t go near. He was a smoker, couldn’t swallow, and had lost 40 pounds in a year and a half. “Within a couple of weeks, he sounded stronger. He could swallow. He had gained six pounds. His voice was better,” reported Dr. Ruddy.

Several weeks later, Dr. Ruddy said to Eddie, “You need to get a scan.”

Guess what happened? “We got the scan. No tumors. Gone. Gone,” Dr. Ruddy said with astonishment. “The problem was that he had sold his fishing boat. That was the biggest problem. He was getting better. His tumor was gone.”
