Canadian politicians are moving at an alarming speed to reverse its immigration policies, this time targeting students. The Government of Canada (GoC) announced it would be discontinuing the Student Direct Stream (SDS) and Nigeria Student Express (NSE) application program on Friday. The program was designed to expedite study permit approvals in targeted markets, and became known for having an approval rate 3x traditional streams. Leaving students with just a few hours notice, it’s going to have a big impact on Canada’s primary source of foreign students—India, where 4 in 5 applications were made through the scheme.

You may have noticed that Amtrak shows up at the lower left in the diagram above. Amtrak sends API data for passengers on its few international trains (to and from Canada) to CBP. But as of now, so far as we can tell from CBP’s responses to requests for travel records and Amtrak’s (still incomplete) responses to our Freedom Of Information Act requests, Amtrak’s data-sharing with CBP is still (1) limited to passengers on international trains, and (2) a one-way feed of passenger surveillance information, not an interactive permission system. So far as we can tell, Amtrak hasn’t yet installed anything comparable to the BPPR control lines that give CBP and TSA the ability to exercise prior restraint of air travel.

I received notice late Sunday from an informant in commercial aviation, with connections to military aviation, that a massive deployment of aircraft is preparing logistics for a major operation set to go down in about a week, probably in the Middle East. I can’t guarantee you that it is for real, but it was a real warning message, at least, from a serious person, and you know that something could be up. . . some humdinger of an October Surprise, like a big fat world war. However, one person said this was a directive from up high for VA hospitals to prepare for something. Rather unsettling to me considering the state of World affairs. I saw many new quarantine signs going up, social distance tape being laid down, and new isolation rooms being constructed, and much more.

CE Agents Arrest Illegal Alien Serial Killer Wanted For 23 Murders In Peru After Biden-Harris Released Him In US

ICE Buffalo arrested a Peruvian gang leader yesterday who is wanted for 23 murders in Peru & was caught and released at the US border in May. Gianfranco Torres-Navarro, leader of "Los Killers", was arrested by ICE in Endicott, NY, about 145 miles northwest of NYC.

ICE tells FOX Torres-Navarro was caught by Border Patrol on May 16th near Roma, TX in the Rio Grande Valley, but was released into the US with a Notice to Appear.

It took almost two months before federal authorities learned he was wanted in Peru for nearly two dozen murders. After being informed, Buffalo based ICE deportation officers found and arrested him yesterday. He is now in ICE detention.

On June 27th, Federal Judge John W. Holcomb dismissed case 2: 24-05286-JWH-RAO with prejudice. He cited “sovereign immunity” (meaning that the US government cannot be sued) as well as lack of subject matter jurisdiction. He also attacked the substance of the Petition for Injunctive Relief, calling the well-substantiated pleading “frivolous and malicious.” In a further exercise of judicial power and prerogative, he attempted to deny a subsequent Notice of Appeal, filed in a timely manner by the Petitioner.
