Apparently a bag of dandelion hid on me yesterday, so that got washed and laid out this morning. I then went to the local community gardens to see what was growing outside the private garden beds, and found purple dead nettle, broadleaf plantain, and a fair bit of burdock! The plantain isn't very big yet, and all that dirt and such in the picture had to be rinsed off. Got half a tray each of the purple dead nettle and plantain, and washed and hung the burdock leaves to dry in the shelter. I now have 10 trays of dandelion drying, 6 in the herb dryer and 4 in the cooking shelter.
