• At a pair of GTA fundraisers, Mark Carney, the man who would be prime minister, continues to avoid questions!
How is it that in the space of 12 months, Carney goes from a defender of press freedom to chief censor? Baffling.

  • Sometimes when I introduce myself online or in person as your Biblical Natural Health Coach, I'll tag onto the end of my short speel, "Don't worry! I won't make you go vegan!" This is because of a discussion I rarely ever see coming out of the vegan space, and I read magazines that sometimes push the vegan diet, with articles written by trainers, dieticians, nutritionists, sports coaches, and others. That discussion is the issue of bioavailability. I discuss this issue, along with sharing research papers around why certain nutrients are best obtained from meat and dairy, often red meat more than pink or white, and fish. Though this article focuses more on red meat.

I just updated this article again! It's been updated a few times now since it was first written in 2022, and additional links for further reading are given at the end of the article. Today's update was a second voice speaking up around the issue of PUFA's in the modern processed diet, but sharing how damage done can be reversed.

If you've recently read this article, scan to the end for the latest update:

  • Liberal leadership candidate MP Karina Gould has suggested that Canada’s next federal election could be delayed if a trade war with the United States escalates.
The Liberal Party is set to elect a new leader on March 9, with former Bank of Canada governor Mark Carney seen as a frontrunner. Parliament is scheduled to resume on March 24, while the next federal election is currently set for October 20, 2025, under Canada’s fixed-election laws. His comments have sparked controversy with some critics speculating that emergency powers could be used to influence the political landscape or delay the election. Under Section 4(1) of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Parliament cannot extend beyond five years from the date of the last general election. However, Section 4(2) allows an extension in cases of "real or apprehended war, invasion, or insurrection."

  • That Giant Flushing Sound

Yes, that’s the sound of President Trump directing the EPA and Department of Energy to reverse nearly every Biden regulation on home appliances and fixtures – everything from toilets to lawnmowers – in one big beautiful executive order that he signed on Day One, and reminded his EPA administrator yesterday to move quickly to implement:

Now you only have to flush once. Now you can take a real shower and not wait to trickle down.

No longer will the nanny state tell you what kind of car you can put in your garage, what kind of lawn mower, weed wacker, or sprinkler you can use on your lawn, what kind of light bulb you can put in your lamps, what kind of stove or dishwasher you can use in your kitchen.

These were supposed to save energy and money, but instead they caused a consumer backlash.

Here’s a partial list of the appliances that will be liberated from regulations either finalized or proposed under Biden:

    Gas Stoves
    Ovens
    Light Bulbs
    Cars
    Clothes Washers
    Refrigerators
    Freezers
    Air Conditioners
    Dishwashers
    Pool Pumps
    Battery Chargers
    Ceiling Fans
    Dehumidifiers
    Microwave Ovens
    Portable Electric Spas
    Air Compressors
    Water Heaters
    Furnaces

    Free. Free at last!

  • I reported last month that Canada’s migrant crisis is costing the nation $16 billion annually. Taxpayers are paying around $224 daily to fund newcomers, as it costs around $81,760 per year to fund each asylum seeker who enters Canada. Home inventory has shrunk to unseen levels as millions of migrants and foreign workers have caused a massive uptick in demand. Jobs are sparse, especially entry-level jobs, and over 1 million Canadians are out of work. More importantly, Canada’s population surpassed 41 million citizens, marking an all-time UNSUSTAINABLE high. Disgraced former PM Justin Trudeau insisted that Canada needed foreign workers and handed out visas to temporary foreign workers like candy on Halloween.

  • I have yet to read a single substantive argument against the ongoing audit and defunding of USAID

What I mostly read/see/hear are just Democrat NPCs yelling about starving children that aren’t even being helped & the standard “Orange man and Elon bad”

There has been a deliberate lack of transparency around USAID spending. We are talking about billions of dollars that go into essentially a deep state slush fund, with little to NO oversight on where that money actually ends up.

They act like money is being taken from dying kids at St. Jude’s when in reality it’s being taken from gay performance arts in Uganda, Big Bird in Baghdad, and useless NGOs where execs are paid $400k+ a year to advance DEI in Serbia.

The American people deserve to know that they have been robbed to fuel bureaucratic inefficiencies, Democrat coffers, and CIA-backed political agendas . . .

  • The corruption at USAID is nothing new -- Senators and Congresmen knew this for years and most just looked the other way (likely because somehow they benefited) . . .

2 Decades Ago, A Senator's Probe Of USAID Funding Led To Government Transparency Reform

Nearly 20 years ago, in October 2005, the refusal of USAID officials to admit they were funding a prostitution ring in India so angered Sen. Tom Coburn (R-Okla.) that he vowed to introduce a new law enabling every U.S. citizen with the internet to quickly and easily find out how federal officials are spending his or her tax dollars.

  • TREASURY OFFICIAL ALLOWED FRAUDULENT PAYMENTS WORTH BILLIONS TO CONTINUE -- TRUMP ADMINISTRATION REMOVES HIM

David Lebryk, a career Treasury Department official, was pushed out by the Trump administration. Lebryk oversaw over $1 billion in federal payments but allowed fraudulent transactions to proceed hundreds, if not thousands, of times -- a blatant violation of the law.

This is exactly the problem with the federal government: unelected bureaucrats making policy decisions against the will of the elected president.

Lebryk didn’t just obstruct Trump’s executive order -- he actively enabled financial misconduct.

The Trump administration has made it clear: there will be no tolerance for insubordination, corruption, or rogue officials who undermine the law. Agencies need to be slashed and held accountable -- 80% of this bureaucracy has no oversight, no transparency, and no legitimacy.
