Frozen concentrated orange juice futures on the Intercontinental Exchange in New York are nearing new record highs. The squeeze in the physical markets may drastically worsen after a new citrus grove survey damage report across Florida following Hurricane Milton shows widespread damage. I now have my largest mixing bowl FULL of thinly-sliced pumpkin (using the slicer option on the handheld food grater)! Took from around 10:30am to 2:30pm with around a half hour for lunch in the middle. With faint smoke hanging in the air outside, lunch was a bit queasy to say the least, and I had to break at that point anyway or risk getting both nauseated and dizzy together. I rested for a bit, with two trays in the oven at 250F. I've discovered it takes 3hrs for a tray of dried pumpkin. This will take awhile. . . left for the barn so no trays going during that time, will try to get two more trays done tonight. Now we see how many days this takes to work through. . . for one large pumpkin. . . just the wrong time of year to be making use of sunshine to do the job. Lots of sun right now, but highs of 19C according to the forecast just now.

"Covid-19 Vaccine Surveillance Report" WEEK 42 It's Worse Than You Imagined! The UK government admits that vaccines have damaged the natural immune system of those who have been double-vaccinated. The UK government has admitted that once you have been double-vaccinated, you will never again be able to acquire full natural immunity to Covid variants - or possibly any other virus. So let's watch the "real" pandemic begin now! In its Week 42 "COVID-19 Vaccine Surveillance Report", the UK Department of Health admits on page 23 that "N antibody levels appear to be lower in people who become infected after two doses of vaccination". It goes on to say that this drop in antibodies is essentially permanent. What does this mean? We know that vaccines do not prevent infection or transmission of the virus (indeed, the report elsewhere shows that vaccinated adults are now much more likely to be infected than unvaccinated ones). The British now find that the vaccine interferes with the body's ability to make antibodies after infection not only against the spike protein but also against other parts of the virus. In particular, vaccinated people do not appear to form antibodies against the nucleocapsid protein, the envelope of the virus, which is a crucial part of the response in unvaccinated people. In the long term, the vaccinated are far more susceptible to any mutations in the spike protein, even if they have already been infected and cured once or more. "Based on the data that was quietly published by the [British] government [while people] were distracted by Boris Johnson's resignation and doomsday sunshine, thousands and thousands of triple- [or] quadruple-vaccinated people are still dying of COVID-19," it said.
